Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My business is inspired by my teenage son and other young men transitioning from home to college, a pivotal moment in their lives. Through The Masters League Foundation for Boys, I provide mentorship, leadership development, and life skills to help them thrive in this new phase. It’s about equipping them with confidence, resilience, and tools to navigate challenges and excel beyond high school, ensuring they are prepared for college and beyond with clarity and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated and inspired by seeing the growth and transformation in the young people I work with. Their journey from uncertainty to confidence fuels my passion for mentorship. Watching them overcome challenges, discover their potential, and thrive keeps me focused on my mission. Additionally, my own experiences of reinvention remind me that growth is possible at any stage, motivating me to continue guiding others toward their extraordinary potential.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand The Masters League Foundation, offering scholarships for leadership camps, workshops with industry professionals, and building a mentorship network for more young men. Caleb, a student who once felt lost, found direction and confidence through our program. He joined the Teen Equity Council and now inspires others to break through limits. This transformation is just one example of how The Masters League changes lives, empowering students to thrive beyond high school.
