My inspiration in business comes from my passion for my craft, dedication to providing excellent service, and the power of building a strong reputation. I focus on building genuine relationships with my clients, relying on my expertise and consistent quality rather than promotions. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my recent nomination for the Canadian Choice Award, which motivates me to continue growing and making an impact in the beauty industry.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by constantly striving for excellence in my craft and setting high standards for myself and my work. Seeing the positive impact I have on my clients and knowing that my reputation speaks for itself, fuels my drive. My passion for beauty and the constant desire to improve keeps me focused along with my long term goals and the recognition I’ve received in the industry. The support of my loyal clients, my commitment to my children and boyfriend also push me to stay motivated

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand my business by opening a salon, leasing a prime location to serve more clients. I’d hire lash artists and staff to manage demand, invest in quality equipment, and enhance my client experience. Marketing efforts, including social media and a new website, would help attract clients. I’d also strengthen my loyalty program and invest in continued education to stay current with trends. This would create a strong foundation for growth and long-term success.
