Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business stems from the resilience and determination of hard-working women, especially my mother. In late 1960s, she achieved the extraordinary by earning her Master's Degree is Pharmaceutical Science and moving from Turkey to Germany to pursue her studies—a groundbreaking accomplishment for a Muslim woman at the time. Her courage and drive to overcome societal barriers have been a guiding light in my journey.

How do you stay motivated?

As an expat, I moved to the United States in 1988 and earned my MBA, embracing challenges and opportunities in a new environment. My mother's story & my own experiences have shaped my passion for empowering others, fostering inclusivity, & creating meaningful change. These values fuel my dedication to building MeTime Healing, a site designed to provide accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive care for people worldwide. I stay motivated by reflecting on the positive impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000 grant, I would invest in enhancing MeTime Healing’s Triple-A Solution—Accessibility, Affordability, and At-Home care. Funds would support expanding our AI technology for faster provider matching, developing culturally tailored wellness resources, and scaling our group therapy sessions led by a licensed psychiatrist. Additionally, I would allocate resources to strengthen our outreach to underserved expat communities, ensuring they can access stigma-free care.
