My inspiration in business is the ability to solve real-world problems and create opportunities for others. I am deeply influenced by organizations like the BeyGood Foundation and The Dream Catchers, who demonstrate that businesses can drive both economic growth and social impact. Seeing the transformative power of innovation, especially in underrepresented communities, inspires me to build a business that not only thrives financially but also uplifts lives and addresses critical needs.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my mission which aims to provide scholarships, self-confidence and mental health workshops for aspiring Beauty professionals. Knowing that my work directly impacts this group keeps me driven, even during challenges. I set clear, measurable goals and celebrate milestones, no matter how small. Additionally, I draw energy from my community whose support and shared vision reinforce my commitment to creating something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would be transformative for my business. I will allocate it strategically to these two initiatives: scholarships for aspiring Beauty professionals + confidence and Mental Wellness workshops for all genders. Investing in hiring skilled staff and launching a targeted marketing campaign to increase efficiency and expand reach is also key. Additionally, I will dedicate a portion to community outreach, ensuring that my business growth also benefits the people and causes that matter most.
