Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is to have a business that has an impact on everyone it comes encountered with. Also my inspiration is to have a business that my staff can support themselves, goals, and their families. One of my biggest goals is to have my entire staff making well over 6 figures and thriving. Our goal with every event is to create a real unforgettable experience that no one has ever felt or witnessed before.

How do you stay motivated?

It’s not easy but staying motivated has always come natural to me. I am always pushing the limit in everything I do but most of all, I stay motivated to make sure I can create a foundation for my team to thrive and take advantage of every opportunity that comes to the table. I never want to fail for me, my family or anyone else that believes in me and my company.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 is something I’m going to be strategic about. Half I’m going to donate and the other half I’m going to surprise my parents with the wedding they never had. My parents have been married for over 30 years and never had a wedding because back then they didn’t have it. So the plan is to create a mock photo shoot that they can be a part of and have their friends and our family show up to surprise them and actually have a full wedding reception.
