Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I decided to take the leap and form Prodaymedia.com it was out of a need for an industry revamp. The model had not changed in 50 years, and it was becoming stale. As I labored to evolve the standards, I saw what a vehicle digital media could be for fundraising, marketing, and promotion. But the people are what inspired us to do more, the kids, coaches and parents deserve more. And as photographers we always want to be doing portfolio quality work. Proday allows for all parties to win.

How do you stay motivated?

When I am lacking motivation I try and step back and show gratitude for where I am and the relationships I have built along the way. I keep a large area in the studio where I post inspirational quotes and directives. I also find that it is important to read, weather it be the Art of war, the power of broke, rich dad-poor dad, or Nepolian Hill, reading resets my ambition. I think that's what I love most about having a business in the Action sports sector, we are always seeking to evolving.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The 25k would be used to expand our set designs, add 2 camera bodies, produce physical marketing materials to be displayed at our affiliate sponsors locations, and further fund our "hardship scholarships" for students that can't afford team/ school photos. We would also purchase more lightstands, softboxs, and bounce boards for our in school mentorship program. If funds remain, I would get the staff new embroidered apparel, fleeces, hats, etc. 25k would have a serious and immediat
