Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my daughter, Charley and niece Ava, who motivate me to persevere and lead by example. My near-fatal accident in 2021 taught me resilience, fueling my passion to create opportunities, empower others, and build a collaborative, thriving environment. The beauty of entrepreneurship and seeing my vision come to life keeps me inspired every day.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my "why", my family, especially my girls Charley and Ava, who inspire me to keep moving forward. I also find energy in the impact I create, whether it's empowering others, mentoring, or seeing my business thrive. Reflecting on how far I've come since my accident reminds me of my resilience. Surrounding myself with a supportive team, celebrating small wins, and staying aligned with my goals keeps me driven, even on challenging days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in expanding By Charley Madison Medical Spa's services and enhancing the client experience. This includes upgrading equipment, launching an IV therapy clinic, and offering advanced training to my team. A portion would be allocated to marketing and collaborating with local businesses to host events that strengthen community ties. These investments would allow us to reach more clients, create more opportunities, and set a foundation for long-term growth and success.
