Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I grew up with two strong working parents, who one was a truck driver and one had a food truck business. I grew up seeing certain struggles, but I also grew up seeing how struggles were overcame through Faith and Hard work. My goal throughout childhood and young teenage years, was to become a police officer. When I turned 18, I had a different path open up for myself and I got involved in the automotive industry and built RC1. My inspiration will always be my past and my upbringings I've learned

How do you stay motivated?

I've been on my business journey for about 4 and a half years now and when I look back, it's been ups and downs. Truthfully, I was going through a stage in my life the last few months, where I did start to doubt myself and I did lose the motivation that I once felt at the beginning of RC1. But then there was a day about 2 months ago, when I get a video sent by my dad that thankfully brought me back. It is hard staying motivated throughout, but finding it has been through Prayer and Believing

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 would help me continue with RC1. I am currently reaching my 5 Year Mark in my business, and they say it's the Make It or Break It Point. I've gone through this journey, respending the money made, back into the shop. Ironically, I am also at the point where money has been a little stretched lately, but we are still pushing. I'd use the $25,000 and distribute it in about 3 parts; Through finding a new form of transportation, get some needs for the shop, catch up on some debt and rent.
