Systemic change serves as my inspiration. Communities with unmet basic human needs often face systemic challenges. Conflict resolution frameworks have the potential to empower communities to address the multifaceted challenges faced while promoting healing, empowerment, and long-term resilience. Additionally, ending the school to prison pipeline keeps me inspired in my business. Implementing conflict resolution into educational systems has the potential to decrease student challenging behaviors.

How do you stay motivated?

A combination of intrinsic and extrinsic factors that stem from experiences and challenges I have overcome. A futuristic vision of making an impact in my field of conflict resolution serves as constant motivator, helping me navigate setbacks and stay focused on my goals. Resilience developed through early life challenges helps me remain persistent in the face of new obstacles. I have adopted a mindset of perseverance, knowing that hard work and determination can lead to long-term success.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Allocating $25,000 could provide life-changing support for survivors while addressing systemic issues that perpetuate trafficking. A portion of the funds could be invested in public awareness campaigns or educational initiatives to prevent trafficking by informing communities about warning signs and resources. The funding could help meet immediate needs such as housing, food, transportation, or education, empowering survivors to regain control over their lives and reduce vulnerability.
