Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The Boa Bambino was born from my journey as a healthcare provider and mom to two boys with eczema. Frustrated by the lack of baby clothing that was gentle, functional, and stylish, I designed the patented RompSet™—a bamboo romper that looks like a two-piece outfit but eliminates snaps, zippers, and buttons. Adaptive for medical needs like G-tubes and safe for imaging. My mission is to create inclusive, chic and thoughtfully designed baby clothing for all!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my two boys and the challenges we faced finding clothing for their sensitive skin and remembering those with medical needs. Hearing from parents who say the RompSet™ makes their lives easier, but can keep their babies looking stylish, inspires me. My passion for helping families and creating inclusive, fashionable, and comfortable clothing drives me to keep innovating, knowing I’m making a difference!

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won a $25,000 grant, I’d release more styles and sizes of the RompSet™, giving more options for children with ongoing medical needs. I’d expand marketing to reach more families and medical communities, partnering with hospitals and clinics to showcase how the RompSet™ supports medical needs like G-tubes. The funding would also boost social media, influencer collaborations, and streamline production, allowing us to scale while staying sustainable and accessible.
