Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the resilient women entrepreneurs I support and my journey in founding Bella & Bella Productions. The idea began when a close colleague from Spain called me "Bella," and I affectionately called her the same—symbolizing mutual support. That small exchange sparked the vision of creating a platform where women empower each other. Bella & Bella was born from this concept, driven by the belief that collaboration and shared success can break barriers.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the lives Bella & Bella impacts—women launching their ventures, overcoming obstacles, and realizing their dreams. Each success story reminds me of the purpose behind my work. I also draw strength from my vision to grow Bella & Bella into a global force for change, supporting women entrepreneurs worldwide.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand Bella & Bella’s initiatives, including our Finance Fridays workshops and Women in Business Conference, to empower more female founders. The funds would be used to enhance our training programs, develop resources for women in underserved markets, and build a stronger network of mentors and partners. This investment would accelerate our mission to create a thriving, supportive ecosystem for women-led ventures, providing them with the tools to achieve sustainable growth.
