Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my parents, who sacrificed everything as first-generation immigrants to give me a better future. Their resilience fuels my drive to create opportunities that honor their efforts. I aim to give back to both my birth country and my new home, USA, by building bridges through my work and serving both communities with passion and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my purpose and the bigger picture. Remembering my parents’ sacrifices as first-generation immigrants inspires me to keep pushing forward. I set clear goals, celebrate small wins, and embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. Surrounding myself with positivity, learning from setbacks, and staying connected to the impact I want to make keeps me energized and determined to succeed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25K, I would buy my mom a car to show my gratitude for all the sacrifices she made for our family. Her resilience and support have been my biggest inspiration, and giving her something meaningful is a small way to give back for everything she’s done.
