I’m inspired by disrupting traditional healthcare and addressing the overlooked connection between food, gut health, and metabolic disease. My mission is to provide tools tailored to each person’s genetics, environment, and habits—tools I desperately needed during my own gut health struggles while homeless and pregnant. Watching lives transform through knowledge and action, like helping schools reject toxic food systems, fuels my passion for equitable wellness for all.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t stay motivated—I stay ready. Motivation can waver when clients face setbacks or proposals go unanswered, but persistence never fails. Even after making the top 5 at InvestFest and not winning, I kept moving forward. What keeps me ready is knowing my mission—transforming lives through wellness—is bigger than any single moment. Watching clients overcome obstacles and achieve breakthroughs reminds me that every effort I make creates lasting impact.
