Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the communities I serve and my own journey of overcoming challenges. Growing up in inner-city Philadelphia, I saw firsthand the impact of access, opportunity, and determination. I’m driven by a desire to create meaningful change, foster inclusion, and help others realize their potential—especially marginalized individuals who deserve the chance to thrive. This mission fuels my work and keeps me focused on making a lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture—creating meaningful change and leaving a lasting impact on the lives of others. Seeing the progress of those I serve and knowing my work helps bridge gaps for marginalized communities keeps me energized. I also draw strength from my family, personal growth, and the belief that challenges are opportunities to innovate and grow. Staying connected to my purpose and celebrating small victories fuels my drive daily.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d expand my impact by launching a private autism Montessori school, bridging the gap from ABA therapy to lifelong independence. It would also support my research on ADHD, autism, and co-morbid disorders while funding my nonprofit’s advocacy for underserved communities. Additionally, I’d grow mentorship programs for minority entrepreneurs, creating pathways for success and breaking systemic barriers in education, healthcare, and business.
