Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from a deep desire to empower others, especially our youth, to realize their potential and create opportunities for themselves. I’ve witnessed how entrepreneurship can transform lives, not just by providing financial stability but by fostering confidence, creativity, and independence. I am driven by the vision of helping young people build small startup businesses, establish their personal brands, and create generational wealth.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my faith in God, trusting and believing that He will bring my vision to fruition in His perfect timing. Each day, I remind myself of the promise that with God, all things are possible. This belief fuels my perseverance and dedication, even in the face of challenges. I consistently envision the future I am working toward—seeing the impact our Youth Entrepreneurship Program will have on their lives and families.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would use the funds to purchase products and supplies for each student’s business, ensuring they have the tools they need to get started. I would also invest in a small business container to create a portable workspace for the students to display and sell their products. The remaining funds would provide startup capital for inventory, raw materials, and branding to help them build their businesses and create generational wealth.
