How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact my work as a clinician and a leader has on others and the goals I’m passionate about. The challenges of entrepreneurship drive me to constantly learn and innovate. I find inspiration in my team’s dedication and the success stories of nurses we help. Setting clear goals and celebrating milestones keeps the momentum going, while staying connected to my vision of creating lasting positive change fuels my perseverance, even during tough times.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in scaling key aspects of OfferedIn, focusing on technology upgrades and marketing to enhance user experience and reach. A portion would be allocated to professional development for the team, ensuring we stay ahead in innovation, and up to date with any changes that might impact our work. Additionally, I’d set aside funds to explore new partnerships or initiatives that align with our mission to create impactful solutions, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.
