Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My wife and twin boys. They are my best accountability partners. They are always asking me who did I help, what problem did I solve and that has pushed me through to make extra phone calls and answer extra emails etc. I never want to let anyone down or not make them feel important by answering their calls or emails most importantly, I don’t want to come home and feel like a failure to my family. That’s what motivates me to push through and keep pushing farther.

How do you stay motivated?

I read a daily Bible verse every morning to start my day before I get out of bed by bishop Robert Barron. Listen to Peptalk podcast for additional motivating words of encouragement. And listen to at least two books a month while I’m working. This month is You 2” By: Price Prichard, and The Wealth of Nations By: Adam Smith.

What would you do with the $25,000?

In my spare time, serve on the board of the Nativity House. It is a shelter that takes in homeless pregnant mothers and allows them to live in a house stress-free so they can have their babies. We educate them, get them integrated back into society so they can raise their child. We pay for all the prenatal care, childbirth, education for gain, full employment, and their perspective fields and make a generational change for their children. That’s where the money would go.
