Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is my past. I have a history of mental health obstacles, and making bad choices in relationships. Experiencing the change in my life over the last 5 years is what inspires me to keep going. My story of crippling mental health to crushing it will become someone else's survival guide.

How do you stay motivated?

I have an incredible mentor, a super support system (my kids & my husband), and a very close circle of other entrepreneurs striving to make changes in the community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would donate $5,000 of it to a local charity in Colorado Springs, that serves our veteran and active duty community, and the other $20,000 I would put back into my businesses. I would use part of it to offer scholarships to insurance agents struggling to make ends meet but really want a good mentor to help them, and I would use the remainder to invest into the foundation of an employee to manage my personal brand on the back end (speaking engagements, podcast cohosts, social media)
