My greatest inspiration in business comes from the people I’ve had the privilege to work with and serve. Seeing individuals empowered to step into their potential, overcome challenges, and drive meaningful change fuels my passion as a principal consultant and leader. My inspiration lies in the limitless potential of people to turn vision into reality, and that’s the legacy I’m committed to fostering in my work.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact created through empowering others. Seeing individuals and teams unlock their potential and drive meaningful change inspires me daily. I’m fueled by the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to lead transformation, build connections, and leave a lasting legacy. Every success story I’ve witnessed—whether it's a leader finding their voice, a team breaking barriers, or an organization achieving new milestones—empowers my WHY.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 prize would be a powerful catalyst for advancing my mission to inspire transformative change for the culture. It would bring The Recovery Room (R&R) to life—a groundbreaking facility for Black men where mental health and wellness are celebrated. R&R will empower men to engage, connect, and find refuge from life’s pressures while unlocking limitless potential. This initiative is more than a space—it’s about curating peace on demand for Black men.
