Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the communities I serve. As someone with lived experience navigating barriers to mental health care, I’m driven to create solutions for those who are often overlooked—neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ people, and survivors of religious trauma. Witnessing their resilience fuels my passion to break down systemic barriers and offer accessible, affirming support that empowers others to thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the positive impact of my work and the potential to create meaningful change. Knowing that the services we provide help individuals overcome barriers and access the support they need inspires me to keep innovating and pushing forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand The Scope Mental Health Collective by launching new, innovative programs and reaching more underserved communities. In addition, we would support emerging therapists by offering free supervision and competitive pay for LPC-As, helping to address the mental health provider shortage.
