I am inspired by the opportunity to help families achieve affordable homeownership in the Florida market. My focus is on breaking down barriers to homeownership, providing accessible solutions, and creating lasting stability for families in need of a place to call their own.

Knowing that my efforts contribute to lasting stability and security for families in Florida drives me to overcome challenges and seek out innovative solutions. Every family I assist reinforces my commitment to making affordable housing more accessible and ensuring that everyone has the chance to own a home they can cherish.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I plan on investing the $25,000 towards help families make informed decisions and avoid common pitfalls by partnering with educational programs that teach families about the home-buying process, budgeting, credit improvement, and mortgage options. I also plan to use the funds to build partnerships with lenders, government programs, or nonprofits offering affordable housing initiatives. A portion of the funds will be used to increase awareness of affordable housing opportunities in Florida.
