Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who demonstrate a strong commitment to innovation, social impact, and customer-centricity. Our passion is to educate. A genuine love for sharing knowledge and helping others learn that motivated us to create a successful tutoring business. The desire to positively impact students’ lives by helping them overcome challenges, achieve their academic goals, helping students to gain confidence and develop skills that will benefit them beyond academics.

How do you stay motivated?

We stay focus on the positive impact we make on our students' learning by setting clear academic and behavior goals, celebrating their successes and failures, actively marketing our services to attract new clients, continuously improve our teaching methods by attending monthly trainings, and to remember the intrinsic rewards of supporting students academic potential; when feeling burnt out, consider taking breaks and reflecting on why we started tutoring in the first place.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If rewarded $25,000 for The Edwards Raw Tutoring and Enrichment Services, LLC, we would invest in marketing and advertising to reach potential clients, acquire necessary technology like a virtual learning platform, hire additional tutors to expand our service offerings, and sponsor free tutoring services to our clients.
