Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in bussiness is Oprah Winfrey. She turned her media empire into a global business, known for her creativity, resilience, and building a brand rooted in authenticity and connection.

How do you stay motivated?

• As a journalist, especially one focused on the Hispanic community, I telling stories that might not be covered elsewhere. My work has the power to raise awareness, shift narratives, and amplify voices that are often underrepresented. That's something that can keep me going even when it feels tough. Journalism can feel like a grind sometimes, but every story published, every truth uncovered, and every conversation sparked is a victory for me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to invest the money in a Professional Training & Education. Definitely I will use part of the funds to send my team (and myself) to workshops, journalism conferences, or online courses. This can improve skills, boost morale, and keep my team on the cutting edge of the industry. Also I would like to buy computers and video camera equipment.
