Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is probably my parents. My parents taught me everything, and the things they didn’t teach me they showed me. My father worked at Hardee’s for 20 years. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by never being comfortable. Content yes but never satisfied. Always seeking knowledge. Creating opportunities, and I also workout everyday at 3 in the morning. Like clockwork up and at’em because it’s required. You can’t complain about the things you don’t have from the work you haven’t done.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would pay off some minor debts. Fully transfer my house into my brother’s name. I gave my brother my house. I wanted him to feel what it was like to own something. After I have paid my debts I would make sure my credit score reflects the interest of my desires. I would also ensure my wife is okay we’re going through the IVF process now, and it could be stressful. I would put some money towards buying another house. Then probably invest into real estate or S&P’s.
