Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family. I grow up in a family of artists and small entrepreneurs. They inspired me to never compromise on ethics, fight agains the odds and find my own voice in this world. Counter couture, leadership and sustainability have been ingrained in me since I was a young girl. And my professor showed me the responsibility about how fashion impact the world we live. I never study business but it was a natural transition to me. I needed to make it work. There was no other option.

How do you stay motivated?

I have a mission. To make the world a better place, to empower people and bring dignity to people through fashion. Leaving my family in Brazil to make it in America was hard. I own it to my parents, I own it to myself. I own it to God. My faith in God keeps me grounded. Gratitude keeps me humbled. I weak up ant 5am to exercising, reading, praying, and start working at 7am. My past as an athlete thought me to eat health and stay hydrated. I have a call, everyday I get up to win.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Here is how we will invest: Customer loyalty_ by implementing an AI CRM to assist our D2C customer satisfaction on e-commerce and in person. Technology_ utilizing 3D tools to facilitate product development, save time and lower production cost. Promotion_ create partnerships, and niche events. Local manufacturing_ hiring local manufacturers to produce our products on the go, limiting waste. Sustainability_ ordering innovating solutions from fabric to packages.
