Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The primary inspiration behind my business is my unwavering commitment to personal growth and success. I recognize that I am the only one who will prioritize my goals above all else. This self-awareness, cultivated at a young age, has given me a competitive edge over many peers and business owners. I understand that my success is driven by my own actions and determination—if I don’t pursue it, no one else will.

How do you stay motivated?

I remain motivated by my strong sense of purpose and integrity. I know my divine mission is to make a positive impact in this existence for others. As a member of today’s youth, I recognize the unique opportunity I have to influence the future and contribute to transforming the dynamics and energy of our world.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would allocate $10,000 to open my first hair salon, creating a foundation for my business. The remaining $15,000 would be set aside until I complete cosmetology school, where I plan to launch a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young African American boys and girls to reclaim leadership in the hair Industry that was taken in the 1980s and 90s. My primary desire is not financial support, I value mentorship and strategic guidance to help me achieve my goals.
