How do you stay motivated?

Consistency is the real key to my motivation. Each day, I follow a morning routine where I pray, journal, manifest, and work out. This centers me and keeps me focused. Beyond my routine, it’s the impact we’re making that drives me. The countless educators, students, and families we help, and the people we employ, keep me pushing forward. Knowing that we’re transforming lives through education fuels my passion and determination to keep going every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 into expanding our reach and impact, enhancing our math programs and resources, and scaling our professional development offerings. This funding would allow us to grow our team, increase access to our products, and deepen our commitment to improving math education for underserved communities. The goal is to provide more educators with the tools they need to transform classrooms and improve student outcomes nationwide.
