My inspiration in business comes from seeing how hard-working immigrants contribute to building stronger communities and economies. Their resilience and dedication motivate me to create a company that not only provides opportunities but also empowers them to thrive. I’m driven by the idea of making a lasting impact by supporting legal immigrants in building stable, successful careers and contributing meaningfully to society.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes from knowing that the work I’m doing has a greater purpose. I’m driven by the vision of building a company that creates meaningful opportunities for legal immigrants and helps them achieve long-term success. Seeing progress, no matter how small, and knowing it’s contributing to something bigger keeps me focused and determined. I also remind myself that challenges are part of the journey, and overcoming them brings me closer to making a real impact.

With the $25,000, I would focus on laying a strong foundation for the business by investing in key areas that drive growth and impact. Building partnerships with businesses in need of dedicated talent, and marketing efforts to reach both potential employees and employers. The funding would also help cover essential startup costs, ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable growth while staying true to it’s mission of creating meaningful job opportunities
