What is the Entrepreneur of Impact?
Learn MoreNecessity is my motivation and inspiration in business. I left school in the 9th grade. I worked full time out of necessity, I was emancipated at an early age and had to grow up quickly. I own @Geeks4guitars where I design and build one of a kind guitars. I have a wife and two daughters that are my world. I’ve done virtually everything in construction over the years and I’m always building anything and everything I dream up. I’m a dreamer that builds what he dreams.
How do you stay motivated?Motivation is easy when it’s necessary. If I stop, nothing gets done. I rely on myself and my family relies on me. I’m 42 years old and have worked in almost every field for 25 years now. I take bits and pieces of knowledge from various lines of work and I use that as a reference point anytime I’m dreaming up my next project or business.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d use it to grow in every way. I’ve earned my way, since I was a teenager in my first apartment. I have been building my RockinRollCoffee bus slowly out of pocket the last 3 years. It’s finally ready to roll. I recently worked a movie set here in MS and I brought my coffee bus to set a few times as a trial run. Josh Duhamel, the lead actor, actually gave my bus a shoutout on his instagram account. A great sign of respect from an awesome guy.
