Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business stems from my parents and the opportunity to grown alongside them as they built their businesses. Watching their journey taught me the value of pursuing what I love, even if it means starting small or working without immediate rewards. Through their passion, resilience in overcoming challenges, and pride in their accomplishments, I developed a deep appreciation for the process of navigating and building something meaningful.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by reminding myself that every day is a new opportunity to try again, explore new ideas, and take chances. As a mother, I'm driven by the desire to show my child that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to. Additionally, the process of building a foundation for my legacy and seeing the progress reflected in our monthly, quarterly, and yearly results reinforces my confidence and fuels my determination to keep going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to open a storefront luxury salon and spa, allowing me to further grow The Beauty Haus of Vanity reducing overhead costs. This would enable me to reinvest in the business, offer free or discounted services to give back to the community, and expand our offerings by acquiring new skills and enhancing our products to better serve our clients.
