How do you stay motivated?Arthur Cartwright’s guidance fuels my motivation. I am driven to help change the narrative and enable America to reclaim the trillions lost to systemic exclusions. Black and Missing keeps me motivated; police brutality keeps me motivated. A kidney doctor once asked how I was still here, and I replied, “Because God has a purpose for me, and who am I not to fulfill it?” The suffering of others inspires me to keep pushing forward and make a difference.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am fully focused on developing TheGig Hub, A Ride There, and Skill Linker to help gig workers keep 70%–100% of their earnings. $15,000 will go toward app development to build and test the platform. $10,000 will fund marketing, split 60% on YouTube (20K–60K views) and 40% on Vibe.com (114K–266K impressions) to drive adoption and empower more gig workers.
