Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is to create pathways for people of color to excel in supply chain, growing diverse leadership in a traditionally dominated field. I’m also inspired by single mothers like me, overcoming challenges to thrive in a male-dominated industry and make a lasting global impact. Representation and empowerment drive my passion to show that success and change are possible for everyone.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing ISP’s work goes beyond business—we break barriers, create opportunities, and impact lives. Every partnership, innovation, and job fuels my drive. I’m inspired by our global team, who take pride in our mission, and by knowing our efforts empower people and create lasting change, even through challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d launch a workforce development program to train single parents and marginalized groups in supply chain careers like logistics and manufacturing. This initiative would provide skills, opportunities, and a pathway to excel in an industry that transforms lives. The program would foster diverse talent, create lasting economic impact, and inspire the next generation of leaders in supply chain.
