Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My parents are my greatest inspirations. My mom was an avid gardener and always had the prettiest flowers. I loved learning from her and spending moments with her doing what she loved. My father worked hard to give me an amazing head start in life. It is because of those 2 amazing people that I want to pay it forward and give kids the best opportunity to be the best they can.

How do you stay motivated?

I love being a flower farmer and giving back to my community. I haven't always had the best adult life but where I am going and the things in my past that I have overcome help me to keep motivated

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would build a larger building so that more young men and young women will be able to join me for our mentorship program. I would use the funds for an in depth training program and have speakers from our field share their knowledge so that everyone can use what they have learned and build an amazing future for themselves.
