Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my faith in God because He guided me in everything I did and kept me focused on my purpose. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to teach. As a child, I would line up my teddy bears and teach them, pretending they were my students. I never imagined that one day I’d be speaking to real people, educating nursing students, and sharing my journey with others.

How do you stay motivated?

Knowing that I am doing what the Lord has called me to do is truly a privledge. Denzel Washington said something that resonates so well with how I stay motivated: "Helping others is one of the most selfish things you can do because it gives you an instant sense of gratification." This really resonates with me because when I help others—whether it’s mentoring nursing students, podcasting, or simply being there for someone—it brings a sense of fulfillment and joy .

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in taking courses to enhance my business skills. Continuous learning would allow me to better serve those I mentor and teach by creating programs, workshops, and scholarships. I would also use the money to invest in equipment to support my podcast and socials, helping me reach a broader audience and develop new projects. I’d also set aside some of the money as capital for future business ventures. This cushion would give me the freedom to take risks.
