Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Watching my mother open her business, only to lose it within three years due to a lack of resources, left an unforgettable impact on me. Despite the heartbreak, her resilience inspired me to take action. After studying business, and dedicating my career to helping our community of entrepreneurs, I then discovered a missing piece—mental health. I’m now committed to making that a core part of every entrepreneur’s journey.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation as a small business owner comes from knowing the struggles and realizing I'm not alone. My journey has taught me to turn challenges into lessons that uplift others. I believe when we lift each other up, we all thrive. Watching others shine fuels my growth and reminds me of the power of community. Together, we build resilience and success. It's our shared stories that make us strong and keep me inspired to push forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Maravillosa Movement empowers BIPOC entrepreneurs with tailored mentorship, resources, and a focus on mental wellness. With $25k, we'll invest in a long term CRM system to track finances, progress, and partnerships. Funds will also support e-college style training to provide accessible, impactful education and hire technical support for seamless implementation. This investment will help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses that thrive for years to come.
