Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

This business is deeply personal to me. My grandmother, who lived to 100, inspired my passion for pelvic health. Despite her vibrant life, she struggled with incontinence in her later years, losing her independence. Witnessing her pain ignited my drive to help women regain control over their bodies and live freely. This business allows me to honor her legacy by empowering women with the knowledge, tools, and support to take charge of their pelvic health and preserve their dignity.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my “why” front and center—helping women regain control of their bodies and live vibrant, independent lives. The impact I see in my clients’ lives, when they feel empowered and take charge of their pelvic health, fuels my passion. I also stay inspired by continually learning and growing in my field, which allows me to offer the best care possible. Ultimately, knowing that my work is making a meaningful difference keeps me motivated every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d create innovative digital resources—interactive courses & workshops—to make pelvic health care accessible worldwide. I’d expand my team to offer holistic, integrated care and grow wellness services to address prevention, rehab, & overall health. Additionally, I’d launch a strategic marketing campaign to raise awareness and break the stigma around pelvic health.
