I’m inspired by witnessing the transformation of individuals who dare to lead boldly and authentically. It’s incredible to see people step into their power, challenge the status quo, and create lasting impact. My own journey as a Latina navigating corporate leadership drives me to empower others to embrace their potential and lead with courage, purpose, and integrity.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by witnessing the transformations of my clients as they step into their power and lead with purpose. Every success story reminds me why I started—helping leaders create cultures of belonging where everyone can thrive. My personal mantra, ‘Your presence is a present,’ keeps me focused on the power of showing up boldly and authentically.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand my leadership coaching programs and retreats, making them more accessible to underrepresented leaders. A portion of the funding would go toward hiring a full-time assistant, allowing me to focus on scaling my impact and building tools and resources for leaders to communicate, lead, and create belonging with intention and purpose.
