Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration for my business is the younger version of myself who felt lost, defeated and stuck in an unhealthy relationship to my body and myself. I fell into entrepreneurship by accident, in an attempt to solve my own health and body image issues. I dove deep into what the educational system and mentors could offer, and when I found my own freedom, it was so powerful I knew I had to share it with others.
My inspiration now is the thousands of women all over the world I work with everyday.

How do you stay motivated?

I find I am naturally ambitious with things I am truly passionate about. While not all parts of owning a global business are glamorous, I stay motivated knowing that there are people, clients, staff members, family and friends who are relying on me to keep showing up. My biggest motivators are my two children. I am a single mother and have always been the main financial earner in our household, and I am determined to build something that will outlive myself, and leave a legacy for them.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I am very passionate on bringing quality low-cost solutions to as many people who need it. We are currently working on converting my signature program “The Mind-Full Method” into an easily accessible app, and I would use the $25,000 to invest in app development and increasing the quality of the services offered.
