First my older brother, Stevie Camm whom has been in business for himself for over 25 years and has always been one of my biggest cheerleaders. My Uncle Peter Burwell who had his flooring business all my life. They both have taught me the value in creating your own dream to leave a legacy for your family. I have always wanted the freedom that comes with owning my own business.
How do you stay motivated?My children and now my grandchildren are my motivation. The fact that I want to leave a legacy for them that will allow them to be whoever they want to be. I dream of being able to do what I want when I want.
What would you do with the $25,000?The money would help me to publish my books. I want to expand on my children's book with plush toys, coloring books and a cartoon series. I envision a Tulip Ann Mitchell book series to teach kids about values to live by along with nature. Also, I want to start on a second Woman: The Pieces of My Puzzle where I can interview women I know. Their stories will inspire others to keep dreaming.
