How do you stay motivated?There are a couple things that help me stay motivated! •I Treat myself to nice things, •Faith in my self discipline •I love to help others; when my candle is lite I share my light with others which gives my light more flame.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to finish my second real estate flip I do the work myself I purchased this property for 6k, and has the potential to profit 200k after putting 100k into it. I have done foundation walls and footings, siding windows, porch, extended the dormer, replaced roof Now I’m starting on the inside where the money will help me finish electrical plumbing hvac, flooring and drywall for kitchen and bathrooms bedrooms 10% will go to my church where I am a deacon in training
