Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father is my biggest inspiration in business. I watched him build his Houston company from the ground up, starting with nothing. As a kid, I would help him wrap chairs in our living room, and his work ethic and determination left a lasting impact. His journey inspired both me and my brother to open our own shop in San Antonio, continuing the legacy of hard work, perseverance, and entrepreneurship.

How do you stay motivated?

By reflecting on how far we've come as a family, starting from nothing, and striving to build something lasting for my own and future generations. Setting milestones to look forward to keeps me focused. I also stay inspired by learning from others, keeping balance in my life with school, work, family, and friends, and thinking about the long-term environmental and social impacts our company can make. Above all, my passion for providing eco-friendly office solutions drives me every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would invest in advertising to expand our mission of providing eco-friendly office solutions. Reusing and refurbishing office furniture significantly reduces carbon emissions by extending product lifespans and decreasing the need for new materials. This approach conserves resources and minimizes waste, contributing to a more sustainable environment. By reaching more businesses, we can collectively reduce the carbon footprint associated with office furnishings.
