Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Myself and my family. If I don't show them how to pursue their dreams, who will? Edit: It is exhausting to participate in systems that are not designed for your success. By reimagining digital and physical systems I aim to free my own and others from that burden.

How do you stay motivated?

I frame losses and setbacks as temporary. Thinking of yourself as undefeatable makes it easier to turn lost battles into won wars. Edit: As an American with Haitian ancestry, a fighting sprit is an integral part of who I am. No obstacle is insurmountable, no setback is forever. Seeing the similarities between the obstacles I have faced and those my great grandmother faced only fuels my desire to remedy them.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay off a little personal debt and fund my startup. (Check out the LinkedIn page above) Edit: My business will address our current challenges on two fronts: digital products and hardware. The first two projects are: •a TikTok like app that pays viewers and creators (possibly built on Blue sky, which Mark Cuban has publicly expressed interest in investing in) •A series of smart devices with on device AI that aren't constantly spying on consumers, unlike current offerings.
