Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My husband inspired me to start this EdTech initiative after recognizing my talent for identifying and nurturing the potential in others, as well as my ability to manage people effectively. He also saw my deep passion for helping others succeed. Through this platform, I have been able to reach a diverse community, creating a space where individuals can discover and develop skills they never knew they had, ultimately launching new careers.

How do you stay motivated?

I strongly believe in consistency and perseverance. Once a movement is initiated, it’s only a matter of time before people recognize its value quitting should never be an option. Reflecting on the number of individuals I've impacted over the past months, by providing access to online courses at costs that are 200% lower than the market average, I am reminded of the importance of this effort. Without this initiative, many of these individuals might still lack motivation and opportunities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, we can expand our reach by offering more scholarships, adding courses, and transitioning from virtual classes to a physical office. This grant would enable us to hire staff, organize seminars, and plan outreaches for secondary schools in Nigeria. Many students lack laptops for virtual learning, so these funds would significantly enhance access and impact, helping us empower more people through education
