Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is Gordan Ramsay. I always wanted to be come a chef and open my own restaurant one day. I don’t have the money/funds to do it by myself. I am a hard worker and put my mind to the tasks at hand. I learn from what others teach me and what they do in the kitchen.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by telling myself, “If I do a good job in this industry I will make it big one day”. I repeat this over in my head everytime I work. I stay calm under pressure and make sure to help my colleagues out whenever they need me. I give them advice at the workplace whenever I see they are struggling. I have been in kitchens where the head chef’s don’t care about there employees and that’s not how I want to treat my employees. I want to be a leader and help

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it into getting my small restaurant business up and running. I would start here. Eventually once I have enough money saved I would make bigger investments to help my restaurant move up. I would get better equipment, room and hire more staff to help me on our journey.
