Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I was inspired to start this business due to being in a situation where I was not paid for the sales I had created. I put my mind to create a a business where people in this industry could make a good living and get paid for the hard work they put in not get taken advantage of or be in a business relationship where they were trapped. I was inspired by the situation I rose out of, a situation I never wish on anyone. It’s what shaped me into becoming the entrepreneur I am today.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is derived from the fact in this business every morning we start a project most are finished by the days end. The instant gratification of helping someone and seeing a job well done or a project being completed is a euphoria like no other. It pushes me to help more people and get more projects complete and do the best I can because this is their shelter and should be our best work.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With 25k I would invest a portion back into my business for growth. Donate a portion to an organization and group of people that have always had my back and showed me love when no one else had. I would put a portion to a house that I’ve been saving for. I would want to share it with everyone and everything that’s gotten me here.
