Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from a vision of a better world through better business and a personal mission to eliminate hate. I imagine a world where everyone wakes up excited to work and enjoys tackling business challenges because they are connected to the company's purpose and the people around them. Work energizes them, and so they have a greater capacity for kindness throughout their day. That kindness ripple effect impacts family, friends, strangers, communities and the world.

How do you stay motivated?

As a leader, I practice resilience and mindfulness, recognizing that motivation is a combination of purpose and self-care. My self-care looks like grounding myself with a hike in the mountains or gardening. However, the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to create a meaningful impact keeps me energized and focused. I am also very grateful for my business partner, Adam Kolozetti, who has been a both pillar of strength and light over the last 10 years.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would re-invest in my company to accelerate our impact and expand our services into the United States. The future of business is profit through purpose and people. We can all win together!
