Housing is a universal right, yet barriers to entry for those with disabilities and language barriers keep many from homeownership. My life's work is inspired by my daughter Abby, who has autism neurodiversity challenges. Now my patent makes real estate accessible to neurodiverse, disabled, and multilingual communities. With MLS partnerships and ADA compliance, my mission is deeply personal: repay the real estate industry’s support, empower buyers like Abby and more. Housing market for all

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through my daughter Abby’s journey, which inspires my mission to make real estate accessible. Gratitude for the industry’s past and current support and our team's passion for the company fuels my drive, reminding me of the lives I am changing. My passion for innovation and advocacy, combined with a personal commitment to breaking barriers for neurodiverse, disabled, and language restricted communities, keeps me focused on creating a more inclusive housing market.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Give bonuses to my team—they deserve it. They are the backbone of this company, treating its vision as their own. As 1 of only 3 female real estate tech CEOs among 600 men, the struggle is real. My team fights to push me through an industry driven by ego and greed to get this must-have technology into decision-makers’ hands. They champion Abby’s inspiration and this mission with unwavering passion, proving their dedication every step of the way.
