My inspirations in business are rooted in legacy and vision: my Uncle Tony Gwynn’s impact as an athlete, agents like John Boggs and Rich Paul redefining representation, and innovators like Maverick Carter. My parents instilled resilience and drive, while my trials and dreams taught me perseverance. Waking up every day with the chance to shape my life and dreams, and to create a legacy that serves others, fuels my ambition and defines my purpose in the sports industry.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by simply waking up and breathing, knowing life is precious. Growing up in environments where life can be cut short, I’ve seen how a lack of knowledge or hope leads to dark paths. I’ve learned from the wisdom of those who’ve succeeded and failed before me. My motivation comes from self-love, the love of those who raised and invested in me, and my hunger to keep learning and growing. Every day is an opportunity to honor my journey and win.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d establish business credit, clear debt, and organize my business. I’d create a travel budget to network and access key opportunities. I’d invest in videography, branding, and marketing to elevate my athletes in the NIL and collegiate football space. This would be the first step in developing a state-of-the-art sports complex—a long-term vision to revolutionize athlete representation and create a hub where athletes sign, train, and thrive under Avenue Athl
