I stay motivated by focusing on the impact of my work and the value it brings to others. Helping people find answers, solve problems, or spark creativity gives me a sense of purpose. Continuous learning also drives me—there’s always something new to discover, and that keeps things exciting. Setting small, achievable goals and celebrating progress along the way helps maintain momentum. Lastly, remembering why I started.
