My inspiration in business comes from the belief that true success stems from collaboration, trust, and transparent communication. I’ve seen firsthand the damage caused by outdated leadership practices, and I’m driven to challenge these norms. I’m passionate about empowering new people leaders to create positive, lasting change within their organizations, where teams can thrive together and achieve meaningful results - environments where everyone succeeds.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my purpose and the impact I want to make. I draw strength from my family, especially my daughter, whose presence fills me with love and determination. I remind myself that growth comes from pushing through discomfort and embracing challenges. I stay focused on the bigger picture, surround myself with positive energy, and keep pushing forward with the belief that every step brings me closer to making a meaningful difference.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Having just launched my business earlier this year, I would use the $25,000 to invest in more advanced software tools for capturing insights, tracking projects, collaborating with organizations, and creating high-quality marketing content to attract new clients, as well as, promotional materials to promote my business. Additionally, I’d like to launch a podcast and would like to purchase equipment to get started.
